Due to the nature of our product (hair oil and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once we review and approve your request:

  • A replacement product will be sent, OR

  • A refund will be processed (if applicable).

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Allergic reactions (we recommend doing a patch test before full use)
